Full Conference
Includes access to all AVIATION Forum sessions Monday–Friday, exposition participation, single-user access to the online conference proceedings, Reception in the Exposition Hall, Exposition Hall Luncheon, and Excellence in Aerospace Awards Luncheon OR Aeroacoustic's Reception. 

Full-Time Undergraduate Student
Includes access to all AVIATION Forum sessions Monday–Friday, Sunday evening student reception, and exposition participation (excludes ticketed food functions and conference proceedings). To be eligible for the full-time Undergraduate rate, registrant must be enrolled in at least 12 credits of Undergraduate level courses. AIAA member must have a valid Student membership status or professional membership with Return to Full-time Study status. Student ID must be presented on site.

Full-Time Graduate or PhD Student
Includes access to all AVIATION Forum sessions Monday–Friday, Sunday evening student reception, and exposition participation (excludes ticketed food functions and conference proceedings).  To be eligible for the full-time Graduate or Ph.D student, registrant must be enrolled in at least 9 credits of Graduate level courses. AIAA member must have a valid Student membership status or professional membership with Return to Full-time Study status. Student ID must be presented on site.

Full-Time Retired Member
Includes access to all AVIATION Forum sessions Monday–Friday and exposition participation (excludes ticketed food functions and conference proceedings).

One Day
Includes access to all AVIATION Forum sessions and exposition participation for the day selected (excludes ticketed food functions and conference proceedings).

How to Register

  1. For fastest, easiest service, register online. During the registration process, you will be asked to select the luncheon or dinner event you plan to attend (for AIAA AVIATION FORUM registration).
  2. Cancellations must be in writing and received no later than June 2019. There is a $100 cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel beyond this date or fail to attend the forum will forfeit the entire fee. For questions, please contact AIAA, +1.800.310.7554.

AIAA Event Photo and Video Policies
Photographs of presentations, slides, or materials at this American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (hereinafter “AIAA”) event—whether expressly copyrighted or not—are for personal use only and may not be published, reproduced, or distributed. Do not photograph any such images that are labeled as confidential and/or proprietary.

Note that all non-ITAR sessions at this AIAA event are considered “on the record” and are open to the media unless expressly stated by the presenter or moderator. Credentialed members of the media may publish photos of sessions but are discouraged from posting slide decks or presentations without the permission of the presenter.

With the exception of credentialed media, video recording and/or use of a tripod by AIAA event participants and attendees during any portion of this event is prohibited without prior written permission of AIAA.
