- If you are unable to attend AIAA AVIATION Forum 2026 you are entitled to receive a full refund* of your registration fee if your cancellation is in writing and received no later than 25 May 2026. Registrants who cancel beyond this date or fail to attend the forum forfeit the entire fee.
