How to Register
- For the fastest, easiest service, register online. Please note that registration for the Forum does NOT include AIAA membership.
- If you are unable to attend AIAA AVIATION Forum 2026 you are entitled to receive a full refund* of your registration fee if your cancellation is in writing and received no later than 25 May 2026. Registrants who cancel beyond this date or fail to attend the forum forfeit the entire fee.
*Lockheed Martin employees are not eligible for refunds or badge name transfers for this event as a part of a special registration agreement. Please email [email protected] with any questions.
